Works as should and good price. Time will tell on longevity.

It looked like a good deal and the quality of the material looked study when I got it. About an hour into the project, shaving about a 1/8" off pine, the handle came apart and my dat was through. Ill go with something twice as expensive next time, if it means it will hold up past the first use. SO SAD!! I guess you get what you pay for.

Managed to strip thread on handle screw for my third project use; third project was a doozie for this plane. I was able to fill the handle’s base with c.a. Glue, piled some around the base, and it works; but cuts my finger from rubbing on the hardened glue.

3 strokes and the hand snapped right off.The screws holding the handle in is weak. It takes force to use one of these. But its made cheap

Tough set up. Flattened the soul (started out as okay but had some rounding at the ends), put 3000 grit 25-degree edge with my Worksharp on the blade and with some patience got an even thin continuous curl. Used to flatten a large pine live-edge slab with very good results. Will use regularly for rough work.

Perfect tool for the job at the right price.

Liked the fact that it is quite easy to use but there are no instructions to adjust the blade and managed OK but some non DIY persons may struggle to get the blade level

Great beginner tool

Its nice and compact but I find it difficult to use, though this may be that I am not strong enough or maybe the blade needs to be sharper
