Great clock. The weights are a little cheesy being plastic but from a distance you can’t tell.

Beautiful clock!!
My first Black Forest cuckoo clock and I love it!! Beautifully made with great attention to detail. Keeps great time and the various movements work perfectly. Excellent sound! Very clear instructions for an easy setup. My only criticism would be the the pine cone weights” are a very light weight plastic. They are purely decorative for this quartz clock. But given the very high quality of the rest of the clock, this was a minor disappointment. Definitely recommend this clock!

missing seasonal greeting
The order included a greeting, but the greeting was not included. The clock was received as ordered. My suggestion would be not to pay for a greeting as most likely you will be wasting your money.

It’s really pretty! Came in great condition! Bought it for my husbands birthday and he loves it!

Great clock.
The coocoo clock is great. However have a dislike with Amazon shipping. Could not find out where the clock was shipped from nor could I track the shipment. The shipping code was garbage and could not trace it thru the number, could not find out who was going to deliver. Very disappointed.

Always wanted a cuckoo clock . It’s lovely and made very well .recommend but !!! Be careful as wasn’t told I needed to pay customs to release into England …£52 extra. Was told in the disclaimer but still unable to find… very fine print but doesn’t warn you on Amazon when you purchase . Not taking away from the product though… love it !

Es un reloj de cuco precioso, con muchísimos detalles. Funciona perfectamente incluido el sensor de luz para la desconexión automática de noche. El volumen se puede regular al igual que se puede activar o desactivar la música. El envío ha sido mas rápido de lo acordado. Lo recomiendo.

Quartz clock on this model means that the clock is accurate compared to my old totally mechanical cuckoo clock. Also no need to wind the clock.
