Q: Says outdoor here online on the product description but box says indoor. Which is it?

I have purchased 2 of these. I keep them outdoors. I have had them for only 1/2 year; but so far no issues. I did not install castors.

Q: Can you attach wheels?

I do not think so. There is a plastic cap inserted into the bottom of the legs. If you remove them, there is only the inside of the square legs.
