OMG! I just unplugged the machine, opened the left door, took out the old drum (setting it aside just in case), removed the paper cover from the new one, pushed it into the same place as the older one, cleaned up the machine with some liquid air and a damp cloth and then plugged it in and ran a copy. The first 3 copies jammed so I removed them, turned of the on/off switch and then turned it on again thinking the machine had to reset itself and now it works perfectly. Too bad there isn't a youtube video on how to install but I must say I am so relieved that it works! I wrote the little date on the tab they give you but forgot to check the number of copies to write that down on the little label so had to make a piece of tape to stick on the machine with the same info because I didn't want to take the new drum out again. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0013CFHPM/ref=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_0

a little problem getting this replacement installed and seated properly, but was just what I needed to keep my multi-function device operating. Price was reasonable and less than I could find elsewhere. Received quicker than I could have gotten elsewhere as well which got me back up and running quicker.

Fixed my machine

My printer was printing with black lines on the edges, bought this drum hoping it would be the fix and it was! beautiful prints now :-)

I purchased this March 24, 2018. It is now August 22, 2018. I have this copy machine at an office I go into once a week to make copies. After about a month I started getting a black line running along the side. It proceeded to get larger and darker. The copies were still legible so I continued to use it as it was on the edge. Then came a smudge that would show up about every 10 copies, then another line down the middle of the paper. My previous drum unit lasted me for YEARS! I probably copy at most 500 pages a week on the machine. I purchased two at the time and am going to open up the second one which I certainly hope does not do the same thing. I won't be buying from this company again
