If you need so e more energy but don't want to experience jitters this is wonderful! There also is no crash. It's in a capsule form so you don't have to choke down some nasty tasting liquid. I work nights so this helps a lot to keep me productive! Everyone that I have given to wind up buying it because it works so well! A great supplement!

If you read the reviews you will find all the benefits people has enjoyed from using this. I enjoy weight training and am sick and tired of the preworkouts that have "proprietary blends" and blends of stuff that do nothing for me. So I bought this here and I take 8 pills about 20 min before I work out, which equates to 4 grams of Arginine, I do weight about 220 so I need more according to my research. The pumps are amazing, I can't state that enough. You don't need to be buying these powders loaded with caffeine that contain who knows what that do nothing for you. With this stuff you get an amazing pump in your workout and you feel like you can keep going. Most preworkouts do not have a healthy dose of Arginine or Citrulline plus the crash you get with preworkouts later in the day. I add creatine to this after my workout and it makes for a great supplement that I can really feel the difference and it is affordable. For cycling, this supplement seems to give you better blood flow which helps alleviate cramps and brings more oxygen so you can push harder on the climbs and you seem to not get as tired. For $13 bucks this is a great buy. I bought the small bottle to test out, I wanted to see if what I thought it would do and it did. So now I'll but buying the bigger bottle at $25 dollars. Taking 8 pills a workout, they go a little quicker. Remember you need at least 3-4grams to get the benefits and 4 grams is 8 caps. I do not work for NOW nutrition but will be buying more of this for sure. Again, save your money and stick to this and some german creatine, and some beta alanine, which you can get here from bulk supplements and you'll be set. Saves you tons of money and you get what you pay for and you'll see results.

So important!!!!It takes one TBS per 8 oz water. I mix it right into my shakes. It makes them sweeter & more tolerable & easier to get down if you don’t like beets. Beets are a healthy super food for everyone. I use this daily just about.I suffer from chronic fatigue. I was hoping that this would help with energy. Sometimes I feel like it helps. Sometimes not so much. I dont know. Regardless, it’s a super food. So I take it either way. I’m a very poor eater. I eat once a day sometimes two. I would rather them package it in a dark glass jar or in a safe paper or foil package. Anything but plastic!Do you want to learn about what toxic items you have in your house? Look up the numbers on the triangles on your recyclable products. Let the companies know that they are doing a good or poor job. It matters. Our health matters.Seems like a great product. Just needs a few tweaks with its packaging and….And it can be more affordable. Everything can always be more affordable.I would love a bulk size to decrease waste & protect the environment. Bulk usually saves the consumer money too! I would rather buy something 3-4 times a year than every month. That goes for all supplements. Most supplements take 3 or more months to work or not. So to buy one bottle a month is a huge waste for our environment! We must do better!The 12 oz size is 36 servings. So it lasts only a month. So one person is going through 12 or more bottles a year! That’s depending on how many people in the house use it. Could be more! That is a ton of waste!We must ask companies & the stores that sell the products to do better. Less packaging. I hate beets, but this stuff is good. I add it to turmeric and black pepper water. It adds a slight sweetness, and as long as I don’t overdo it, I can barely tell that it’s beats. If you add a bit more it does have a bit of a wild taste…<that wild beet taste> and some of yous like beets, so that’s all good. Sure it may clunk up a little bit in the bottle like some have complained, but that hasn’t presented a cause for complaint for me, as they are soft chunks that are easily broken. Put the handle of a spoon in there and chop it around a little bit, it comes out smoothly. I would purchase again and do recommend.

The media could not be loaded. I have previously used Now Vitamins as for L- Arginine and it always worked flawlessly.I gave myself a chance to try the version that they have with Citrulline.Not sure how it is supposed to work as for the Now Sports version, but in a short timeframe used I can corroborate that they do not work as well as the Now Vitamins version.It is true that when it comes to vitamins we are all different and in 90% of cases the results match the product.The L-Arginine Now Vitamins version is brutally effective. I assumed that the same level would transfer in their Now Sports version, but the reality (same person, "almost" same brand) is not that so. It might be a "not yet" effectivity reality, but not yet sure.
