It is very useful . I bought this two weeks after my surgery and it’s comfortable. It’s easy to use. I didn’t use the foam that came with it. I don’t need to use the back part but I do because it’s nice on my back. It holds you more upright. I agree that it helps when your trying to sleep. It’s made turning over a lot less stressful on my stomach and back.

So far, so good. No complaints and it fits perfectly!

The ab board is AMAZING — honestly feels almost as good as the Snatched Body ones but for a fraction of the price. I love that this set comes with an ab board, a back board, and 1 foam all in one pack, and it still costs less than what just one ab board would from the “preferred” brands. Total steal.That said, I barely used the back board because it didn’t really feel like it did much for me — the foam and ab board alone were enough. My only real complaint is that they only included one foam. Like… come on 😭 one foam doesn’t cover nearly enough, they should’ve at least thrown in two.But overall, the ab board makes this pack 100% worth it, especially if you’re trying to save some coin without sacrificing quality.

Painful. The sides dig into your skin. I bought a different one on Amazon and is much more comfortable. Get one with fabric covering the board. It’s way more tolerable
