SAMSUNG 55-Inch Class Neo QLED 4K QN85B Series Mini LED Quantum HDR 24x, Dolby Atmos, Object Tracking Sound, Motion Xcelerator Turbo+ Smart TV with Alexa Built-In (QN55QN85BAFXZA, 2022 Model)

I have always been a Samsung guy and always buy Samsung products. This is my 2nd brand new Samsung TV in 2 years. I was skeptical at first because I originally bought a 55" QLED TV 2 December's ago, and that TV didn't even last a full year before acting up, which was very weird. Never had an issue before with Samsung products. So, I decided to upgrade tothe 60" NEO QLED SMART TV last December, and I must say, I am so freaking impressed with this TV! The new Neo Technology is a HUGEEE upgrade over the regular QLEDs. If you're coming from a standard HD TV that you picked up for couple hundred bucks, you are going to be blown away at the quality. This is the closest thing you will get to OLED picture quality. The colors are so bright, vibrant, eye-popping, and just breath taking. And the blacks are TRUE blacks with NO pixelation whatsoever!The TV has many great features, such as ambient lighting, many applications, built in voice AI of your choosing (Alexa or Google Assistant), like older models you get Samsung TV Plus for free with tons of channels, and screen saver mode, which you can add any picture you want. And while some people do not like the new interface, I think it's very simple, well organized, and easy to use. The remote controller is still slim, like last generations, but, it is a bit longer. It is still very, very easy to lose though, lol. If you're coming from a convential remote with numbers and tons of buttons, it may take a little time getting use to as there is no number buttons on remote at all. If trying to go to a specific channel, voice AI is fastest and best way to do it. Has built in Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Disney+ buttons for quick access. Fun fact! The new remote does NOT take any batteries whatsoever! It charges via solar lighting (sunlight) when remote is upside down! How cool is that?! No more worrying about batteries dying 👍Gaming experience on this TV is phenomenal, with built-in in surround sound. When you turn on a game system, the TV automatically switches to that input.1 con is the TV stand. It's super heavy, bulky, and kind of funky to install. Much prefer the legs like the last generations. I ended up putting mine on the wall, and like that, away goes the con.Overall, this is the best Samsung TV I've ever had hands down, and I'm just blown away with the picture quality. If you're like me and love watching your favorite TV series and movies in the absolute best quality, then I highly recommend this TV! You will not be disappointed! Enjoy 😊

The media could not be loaded. I was so nervous about buying an expensive tv through the internet, especially after going down the rabbit hole and reading horror stories about delivery or the return process. My fears were put to ease when it arrived w/o any box damage, on time and delivered in an official box truck.Pros:- Brightness is unmatched- Gaming is flawless (using PS5) while playing Horizon FW- Color is vibrant- Sound quality is amazing and not talked about enough. Nice bass and the Dolby Atmos ties it all together.Cons:Like some other Samsung TVs there is judder when watching some shows through a cable box and lips on occasion have been out of sync which is frustrating to no end. Under the sound settings “Digital Output Audio Delay” is grayed out which annoys the hell out of me because on other Samsung televisions that is how you can fix the lip sync issue. Back to the judder situation: if you keep experiencing it just shut off all the motion clarity options and it should be just fine.- The remote stinks and is oversimplified. Just stick to a classic remote there’s no need reinvent the wheel here.Hopefully this helps anyone who is on the fence.

This TV replaces an 49 inch Samsung that I loved, and it is a suiting on at that. The picture can be stunningly vibrant in color and crisp. Like rhe other TV I have connected a gaming style PC and the video is excellent. The sound from the built-in speakers is adequate but a sound bar will complement. The software has changed but not complicated.

I have had this TV for over six months now and I can say I have mixed reviews due to a few annoying things with the set. The audio source will switch from Soundbar+TV to just the Soundbar automatically for no reason.I Constantly have to go into "Settings" and change back to both. The Autovolume does not work on the set either. When I play a different input source like a gaming console, the audio goes through the roof. Don't get me wrong the TV itself has an amazing picture even with a normal SD signal or DVD. It upscales to 4k and makes DVDs look like Bluerays and Blurays look like UHD discs. It's just those little annoyances that lessen the experience for me. Would have given it five stars if not for these minor yet frustrating things.

I looked into the QN85 and the QN90 and let me tell you the couple of slight difference that the QN90 has is not worth spending the extra money on. This QN85 has and incredible picture. The color is vivid and lifelike. Picture is crystal clear and bright and the picture details is brilliant. Just got this on a Black Friday deal but honestly this TV is worth ever penny. I've always went for whatever got decent reviews but never would spend a lot of money but if you want a TV you'll fall in love with spend the extra and get this one you won't regret it. I won't have to buy another TV for quite along time now that I have this Samsung. Pair it with a compatible Samsung soundbar to take advantage of the Q Symphony effect and its Like your sitting in the movie theater when watching it. You will not regret this purchase!

Everybody complains about Remote. For me, it is an amazing and creative design, so simple and genius idea for solar charging.
