Delicious! Perfect blend of pumpkin and notes of other fall flavors. I tasted this on its own and I'll definitely be drizzling it on some #Friendsgiving desserts that I bake, and maybe even on some autumn-themed baked baklava sweets. If I want my coffee or matcha sweet, I use about 3 of the tiny cap-fuls, if I just want semi-sweet, one capful. If you want even more of a fall medley in your mouth, try adding a little Trader Joe's dark maple syrup with this in your coldbrew or matcha. It's *chef's kiss*. This is exactly what I've needed once I decided I was done with the coffee chains' chemical cocktail sugar bombs that they called "lattes". The perfect autumn syrup - *thank you* for using real ingredients (like actual brown sugar unlike the fake sugars that so many of us can't handle; so many fake sugars do silent damage dor many more. Only real ingredients for me. I usually ordered semi-sweet coffee bc I knew we weren't getting the real thing in chains, but everyone loves to doctor the sweet levels to their taste (and who doesn't love sweets wheb the weather is colder), so this is perfect and easily adjustable to taste.

After scouring the internet for a clean, small batch USA made syrup I found Portland Syrups. I did read some reviews were people were not happy with the product for one reason or another. I found my syrup to be excellent high quality and tasty. The syrup has a deep vanilla flavor without the aftertaste of fake sugar. I put it on my finger to taste before using it in a drink. Can't do that with out high production syrups on the market. I made a matcha with ceremonial grade Match, homemade plant milk and this vanilla syrup. Do yourself a favor and get this. SO many flavors to choose from. Deciding on my 2nd flavor to buy is a challenge because I want them all !

This is my second time buying this flavor, it has a pleasant floral taste and a little goes a long way. I’ve used it with both tea and coffee, it’s a little more expensive than some other brands but it’s worth it for flavor and quality ingredients.

I’m confused why some of the reviews say that this is artificial tasting. There’s nothing artificial about it. The ingredient list is short and simple and this is absolutely made with lavender. I was specifically looking for a syrup that was going to have true lavender taste and now I’m regretting it. I feel like I’m drinking medicine. It’s not sweet, it is comparable to a concentrated lavender water. I’m not even one who needs a super sweet coffee but I have to pair this with a sweetener when I use it. It tastes nothing like the lavender syrups you get in the coffee shops, which is what I was looking for. If you’re looking for a true earthy lavender taste then this is for you. If you’re looking for a gourmet cafe style lavender syrup then this isn’t it.

Great tasting lavender syrup that is lower in sugar than most syrups. I use this syrup mostly for chai tea and coffee,do not use more than 2 teaspoons, I find one teaspoon is enough for coffee or tea,too much and whatever you're drinking might taste soapy. One thing I should mention is that the syrup is thinner than most syrups, I guess because of the lower sugar. Hazelnut syrup is another stand out excellent in coffee or yogurt also excellent in chai

Absolute perfection. It's not super thick or sickingly sweet like most lavender syrups I've used in the past; it's the most well balanced one ever. The perfect sparkling lavender "lemon"ade- I.5 oz of vodka, 2 tbsp of syrup, and a can of Fresca, add ice= HEAVEN!
