Broken TV, do not buy LG
I bought the 77" oled LG tv in April of 2022, this came with the standard 12 months warranty, at the time it cost me around £2200. In less then eleven months the TV broke down, I contacted the retailer who agreed the repair the TV, however within a further five months the TV broke down completely due to the same issues. When contacting LG they refused to repair or replace the TV even though it was the exact same issue as before and it had broken down twice in less than 18 months. LG has no complaints team at all and refused to talk to me. Do not buy this TV or any other LG product, I have now lost £2200 to a company selling broken products
