The product quality is amazing and performance is exceptional. It's very easy to install and use. The steam is not too much and not too less which is actually amazing. The best part is the afyer sales service. I had some issue with the product. I called Agaro helpline. They immediately picked up the product and replaced it with new one. It was surprisingly so smooth. So 10/10 for post sales support.

1. Product delivered well 2. Lacks pictorial displays, had to visit some other site to know its working. The instructions are not clear. 3. Costly, price should go down by further 600 rupees 4. Works in a hyper way that is the steam coming out is powerful and because of which it lasts for less than 10 mins.also water droplets come out so have to be careful and keep the face at a distant as suggested 5. Cord is small, so your movements become difficult and restricted 6. Water tank could have been a little larger. 7. Overall, a good product, looks elegant, works fine, but not a value for money

I’ve been using the Agaro facial steamer and I absolutely love it! The steam is consistent and fine, which really helps open up my pores and gives my skin a fresh, clean feeling. It heats up quickly and is very easy to use. A great addition to my skincare routine—highly recommended!

I purchased the Agaro Facial Steamer from Amazon on 1st November 2025, and this has honestly been one of the worst product experiences ever. After just a few uses, the water tank cracked on its own because of the steam it produces. A steamer that can’t handle steam — unbelievable. To make it worse, I contacted Agaro customer care, and they promised to send me a replacement water tank. It has now been over a month, and I haven’t received anything. No follow-up, no update, nothing. Just empty promises. The build quality is poor, the plastic feels cheap, and the product becomes completely useless once the tank breaks. Combine that with unreliable customer service, and you have a total waste of money. I do NOT recommend this product at all. Save yourself the frustration and choose a more reliable brand.

One of it's best Facial Steamer at this price range. Product is amazing but what is more precious and important is the after sales service. I loved the way Agaro Customer Service team helped me to get a replacement of a water bucket in a very professional and polite manner. My investment isworth to spend for Agaro

Super handy! I’ve used it twice since I purchased it. I love thé little dispenser.. it looks small and insufficient, but you’re not supposed to steam your face for a long period and this dispenser lasts for the right amount. The best part is you are NOT supposed to use tap water, but mineral or distilled water for your precious face! I have enjoyed using this steamer! This brand has good products. I even have their oven- it’s super light and easy to carry around when you want to have a baking day at a friend’s!
