Update -- Unit Replaced
I purchased this humidifier, and it immediately began leaking water. I discovered that one of the parts was broken upon arrival. I contacted the company directly, and they promptly responded to my query and sent me a replacement unit! They followed up with me over WhatsApp, and made sure that I received the new unit in good working order. They were kind and very helpful in the process. Excellent customer service! The new unit is working great.

Cracked jar delivered
The unit that was sent to me had a crack near the edge and water leaks when filled up beyond that point. The crack is almost 4 inches long. The device otherwise is flawless and is very effective.

Stopped working in less than 6 months
The humidifier stopped working in less than 6 months & when we wrote to them they are not providing service on site or in Bangalore & want the whole product to be shipped back to them ---Bad after sales service

Tech design flaw in a good quality machine
The product is good in terms of quality of material and usability.It functions well except that there is a manufacturing technical defect in these machines. I ordered a replacement and the new machine had the same defect (fixed it myself).It starts showing red light due to less water in lower cabin despite ample water being present in upper cabin.The Lever (spoon shaped in the lower cabin needs height adjustment by company so that it presses onto the spring of upper compartment and water is at a required level in lower cabin. A few millimeters of adjustment by a plastic film does wonders and voila the machine starts back online (blue light).The company design team plz look into it and test your product before launching it to customers.... A lill amendable flaw can tarnish your brand image in case you are interested to make one.

Great 2-in-1 product at this price
The media could not be loaded. I have been using this humidifier for almost 2 weeks. I am really happy with the way this product resolved my need of purifying my office and living room and also made it smell so great with the aroma oil I used. There is no hassle of cleaning it and changing water.Awesome!

I had ordered for a black colour. But transparent with a white base delivered. Manual shows a remote. But there us no remote available with the product.
