When I purchased our air fryer, I did not realize how much I would use it. The Chefman 6.3 came with almost everything I needed but did not have a kabob rotisserie. I have a rotisserie for my outside grill that is fine for cooking for a party, but is too large, clumsy and hard to clean for the 2 of us. When I saw this advertised for the Instant Pot 10 Qt. air fryer, I thought it might also work for my Chefman 6.3, which is similar in size.It fit perfectly, is easy to clean and easy to use. When installed, it leaves about 1-inch clearance top and bottom, sufficient for large chunks of meat and vegetables. When mounted between the plates, skewers can accommodate kabobs about 5-inches in length. Skewers have a Shepard's hook on one end that mounts into both a slot and a hole, which prevents rotation of the individual skewers for more even cooking.As many people have indicated, the mounting plates are thin and somewhat flimsy. This makes removal of the skewers difficult. The thin edges are sharp, but not so sharp as to easily cause cuts. Cleanup is easy with a nylon kitchen brush after soaking the pieces in soapy water.If you have a Chefman 6.3 and regularly cook for 1 to 4 people, this is a convenient accessory I can recommend for your air fryer.

When I bought my air fryer three or four months ago I was disappointed it did not come with this kabob attachment. I didnt expect to find it on Amazon. When I did I ordered it which I'm glad I did. Getting the skewers on the turn wheels was (for me) hard! Gee whiz! I could not get those things to stay attached or lined up , but after about 30 minutes - yep! it worked. For awhile. Then it stopped rotating. I think its the connection in the rotating slots on the air fryer. After fiddling with the rod that comes with the air fryer - this attachment worked good. In spite of the minor adjustments I like this !!!!! This item was delivered as promised and on schedule.

Acording to the picture on the product page, the slot where you put the hook side of the skewer lines up directly opoosite a hole in the opposite wheel. My unit has two identical wheels, so no matter how you install it, if you line it up straight, the non-hook end of the skewer would fall off the wheel as soon as it turns. This can be avoided by putting the non-hook end into the hole below the hook slot. The skewer tilts in at an angle towards the center, but overall worked ok.. Could possible lead to uneven cooking, depending on what you are making, but should not, as air is still able to circulate around the food.. As others have stated, the wheel material is very thin and the screws strip VERY easily.

The rotisserie skewers came shipped in a cardboard box. Items were wrapped in a plastic bag. When I took them out, I noticed how thin the stainless steel material was for the rotisserie wheel. One of the screw holes was a little too big and the screw just pushes into the hole. That makes this unusable, so I will be returning it. I included three photos; the items laying in the cardboard box, a comparison of the thinness of the steel with one of my original rotisserie splits, and the screws showing the pushed in one (foreground) compared to the one that screws in (background).

This is a handy little mechanism. I enjoy making kabobs and this will be perfect for the Instant Pot Vortex air fryer. It is easy to assemble and disassemble. I just throw it in the dish washer, and it comes out clean.

parts missing and screw as stripped. Fortunately I had a spare that fit better than original.

My only complaint is the skewers can fall off, but it makes kabobs, baked potatoes, drummies taste delicious.
