Love love this vitamin!!!:) I did exactly what the box said. Take three pills a day with a meal and my hair grew 4inches in one month! I've always had extremely thick hair but it feels even fuller. And my nails have even grown and gotten stronger! Amazing vitamin:)

I can't say enough about this. I have thin brittle nails and thin hair. My skin has always been awesome, not to brag, just being honest. Lol when I take these, my nails grow and these are the only vitamins that work for my nails. My hair is in bad shape due to hypothyroidism so if it helps my hair, I really can't see tbh. But I only take it for my nails so if it works on my hair it's a plus and I can't see it doing anything to improve my skin since it doesn't need improving. Again not bragging. LOL

I was first recommended these by my mom and have been taking them for about four months now. They work great on strengthening my hair and nails, which due to a long term thyroid condition I have struggled with brittle hair and nails for years. Twice a day with meals and I noticed a difference within the first week. I will continue with these for as long as they are available.

This is really good. I'm not sure if it improved my hair although I did notice some new hair growth; however, it has done great things for my nails. My nails usually chip and peel regardless of strength, but this has improved and I have not had my nails peel as much. I'm hoping over time they will improve even more.

I am almost finished with my first bottle and I see significant improvement in the thickness and length of my hair. It's hasn't even been 30 days yet. Iam wearing my hair in a protective style (clip in weave with my hair corn rowed (Boxer Braids) underneath. I took out the clip In's to wash and dye my hair ....And wow, I loved what I saw...Healthy thick longer hair. I definitely recommend giving these vitimans a try. I can only imagine how my hair will be after 60 days ! 👍👍👍👍

I received the pills two weeks ago and am seeing results already. My nails are stronger and healthier and my skin has cleared up. My face is softer and there are no blemishes on it. I would buy this product again.

These are AMAZING. keep in mind nails take ~4 months to grow out from root to tip so it will take time to see results. I'm on my second bottle and my natural nails have never been this long. It's incredible.
