I had tried a few different B12 supplements with my vegetarian 7 year old. He wasn’t a fan of any until he tried this. Lovely cherry flavour.

Perfect for my toddler who goes in and out of phases of liking and not liking gummy vitamins. This is one she always likes and takes so easily. Because it’s a spray she can’t spit it out either if she’s being awkward.

Even though this is "for kids" I use this as an adult. If I'm feeling a little too sleepy in the morning, a couple of sprays of this on my tongue wakes me up straight away. Not too wired like an energy drink, just suddenly feels like I've had enough sleep and I'm ready for the day.

Suprisingly my 2 year old doesn't have a problem with me squirting this in his mouth - I expected fights and issues - told him it's his special medicine. No issues. And therefore it must taste ok.
