Hard to get open with code everytime!

We got this diary, very pretty. Within a few hours, it was locked out. My daughters had changed the password so many times, and I believe they stopped in the middle of changing the password because they changed their mind about what they wanted the password to be, not realizing that when they stopped in the middle of changing it, it had been changed to what it was when they stopped. (make sense, lol?) Anyway, I went to the seller's page and selected to send a message and heard back the same afternoon. I followed the instructions given and got the correct password, then was able to change it back to something intentional.

Lock doesn’t work.

The media could not be loaded.  I bought this journal back in February and I’ve been using it since! I love that the lock has instructions on how to set a code and how to reset the code. The journal is really smooth, durable and great for anyone who enjoys journaling. Out of 5, I’d give this a 4 for privacy, just because you could possibly see half of what’s written if you open the book enough at the top. Don’t hesitate to buy it if you’re thinking about it! <3
