Bobs Red Mill Couscous Pearl Tri-Color, 16 oz

These are fun. I like the shape and colors, nothing artificial to worry about. Easy to cook. You can follow the package directions or just boil it like any other pasta (more water, same cook time as on the package) and it comes out great either way. I find it easier to cook it like regular pasta because it requires no measuring or stirring. This couscous makes a great side dish but it's also great for salads, especially for work. Easier to eat with a spoon and neater, and cold, it's just like any other pasta. Tastes good, looks good, easy to prepare, and inexpensive. Quite versatile.

Good taste and easy

You want the best oatmeal that doesn't need overnight simmering? Bobs Red Mill has it. Great bran? Yup. And so this pearl/Israeli couscous is reliably terrific. Cook it in chick broth rather than water, drop some frozen meatballs in it and grate some Romano cheese (unless you're a Parmesano-Romano fan ... I try to avoid religious conflict :) ) and whomever you're making dinner for will think you're a genius.

Unfortunately in the USA the couscous is so expensive...This product is good but the cost is crazy compare to europe

This is pasta in little ball form. Delicious in soups, vegetables.

Bob's Red Mill Tri Color Pearl Coucous is great!! Its a good alternative to rice. We use it with mixed veggies or to make taboule.. They are tasty and easy to use along with such a pretty look in any dish!

We love this item and can’t find it in the local grocery store we shop at, so we ordered online. Very tasty if you mix some chicken base with it after simmering the couscous on the stove with some butter.
