I like the simplicity of design and how quiet it is. This holds a decent amount of water and is great because it has a water filter help with the chlorine in the tap water to keep your pets hydrated and safe. I would recommend this product.

I have 3 cats and they all love this fountain! Super easy to set up. Super quiet! It's near transparent is great to be able to see water level at all time. Takes filters so know my cats have clean, safe water. Easy to clean. Great product! I've tried other water fountains, but like this one the best! Recommend this to all pet owners!

Water fountain works fine and is very silent.I have different style water feeder, and this one appears to get dirtier than the others. When it gets dirty it gets clogged eaisier. This could be due to the location/use/cats habitsYMMV.

When I first got this I was pumped ! I had caught my cats hanging in the toilet to drink so i figured moving water would get them out of the toilet ( I close the lid but my 4 year old & husband = not as good at remembering 🙃 ) Anyway- After about a month it quit working, I cleaned it and it worked intermittently then quit completely so i contacted seller and they replaced it right away! Note: you have to keep the water lever at minimum always or they break, I knew that already because I had one years ago that quit working probably from running with little/no water... so I was very proactive with this one and never let the water go below halfway! Not sure why the 1st pump quit but, it's a non issue now ! Great purchase I would highly recommend the product and the seller !

Bought this with the extra filters included. It’s very light and has simple easy to put together parts. It basically silent and both my cats love it! The set up instructions are very clear, and I’d also recommend washing all parts before first use! Good value definitely recommend

This is a compact unit, it looks nice and is very quiet. Our cats love it and so do our geese!

I bought this in August 2022. It is now February 2024.It worked great when I first bought it. The pump makes no noise at all. The water makes enough noise that the cats keep themselves hydrated. The 2 flow methods is perfect for my cats. One of my cats loves drinking straight from the spout, as the water pours into the tray. My other cat prefers drinking the water from the tray.I wish the container could hold more water as it seems like the spout only works when the container is completely full which requires me to top it off several times a day.However, the pump suddenly stopped working last month. It lasted less than a year and a half. Unplugging it and plugging it back in did not fix the problem.

I bought this pump in July of last year. Worked great. I love the capacity so it doesn't have to constantly refilled. It's quiet & easy to clean. And when the pump died a few weeks ago, I emailed the company and they sent me a new one. Great product & service. I will purchase another soon for the kitchen & highly recommend.
