Hi I've read all the English on the box, there's lots of languages to choose from, and I can't find anything that says they contain preservatives but it also doesn't say NO preservatives. I use eye drops without preservatives so i only tried one box. They made my lids sting. They have an unpleasant perfume and are smaller than other makes. I can't recommend this product.
