Dickies Men's Light Compression Comfort Over-The-Calf Socks, Available in M-XXL (2, 4 Pairs)

I bought these excellent Dickies light compression XL 12-15 size socks before on Amazon, and will continue to buy them as long as they are available, especially at such a reasonable price for a USA made quality product. The construction of them are top notch. They feel and look great, and are very durable besides.The reason I bought them was to help with swollen lower legs and feet due to venous insufficiency and afib. They are sized well for my size 13 wide feet, and very swollen calves. When my legs are not swollen, they fit like regular socks, and feel even better; even more cushiony!Getting them on and off can be a bit of a job, like any compression sock, but I can do it with my limited ability, when I make sure the foot is rolled up partly to start, and easier to position that way. Once you have the foot started well, they just pull right up pretty easily.Do they do the job for me? Not quite, since they are light compression socks and I seem to need more to move the fluid buildup. I am ordering some lower leg compression wraps with velcro (syhood and Hiball brands) to help me get even more compression so they are more effective for me. That way I can easily adjust the compression I need to work best. Though you may not need additional compression yourself. These are an excellent starting point, as long as you are able to put on your own socks, given that they fight back a bit more to put them on. As I said, with the right technique, they are doable for me and I love how they feel and look. Better health to you all!

Dickies full-length knee socks are absolutely the best for working outdoors and are incredibly comfortable. They are well made with light compression and strong material. They also make excellent mid-calf and ankle socks which are as good as the longer socks. I work in groceries and wear Sketchers work boots to meet the needs of the work and they work together well, keeping my feet drier, warmer and snug. I wear only these socks! Great pricing as well

I’ve been looking for compression socks with cushion. Most compression socks are very thin and don’t have any cushion in the footbed.These do have light cushion. That was fine. Nice light compression. But, right away when I put them on my feet felt warm. No super breathable fabric. Comfortable, just not the most breathable. Otherwise, the socks were fine. Good price for 2 pair.If your feet run hot, you may want to look elsewhere.

If nothing else, I am very skeptical when it comes to online purchases, especially when it pertains to clothing. Furthermore I am very hard to please when it comes to socks. When I found these Dickie light compression over the calf socks for 5 bucks a pair I thought it was worth the risk. They were delivered 2 days later and I don’t mind telling you that they are by far some of the best socks I’ve ever owned. Especially for the price. I highly recommend them for anyone who works construction, on concrete or are on their feet for hours at a time. They literally hug your feet and calves and they will not sluff down like many traditional socks do. Bear in mind I have a skinnier calves than most so you larger calved men may find them a bit snug but trust me when I say they feel very durable and are very stretchy to accommodate the larger calves. In short…very well built, very comfortable and very much worth the price. I am extremely happy with mine and I will be getting more in the near future. (Before they raise the price)…👍

Bought these for my bf (he's a mailman) and he's noticed a difference vs wearing normal socks. These socks hug his calf just right so they don't slip but aren't tight either! It's his favorite pair of socks to use especially since he's on his feet all day. Sock quality is nice, they are thick and haven't lost the elasticity.

Have used gold toe for years but their quality has gone far down hill last few years. These socks are great alternative. Perfect length for me at 5’11”. They stay up but are not too tight. The decent amount of cushion and are very comfortable. A great buy!

Socks felt nice to put on seemed to have a nice compression on the calf as though they might stay up, but the seam over the toe was so wide that it wrapped around the side of my toe and was uncomfortable. Most socks there is a slight angle on the toes & toe seam, but these were just straight & wide basically like a square and did not feel right to me. I returned them. Customer service was great, no issues with return

Very impressed with these socks. I'm 6'3, 180 lbs, with a size 14 shoe. I ordered the xl and they fit perfectly and came up right below the knee. They slipped on easily so I'm not sure how much compression they have. I would say minimal. They have a mid-range thickness. Very soft and stay up with no problem. Going to buy more
