Amazon customer service complaint
The product was delivered greasy so they delivered another product but the other one was also greasy. Then they refused to replace it.How do we understand that the product is safe for the birds if you are offering some disinfectant with no replacement option? BAD SERVICE but A GOOD PRODUCT. If you order you may get an ok product but if it’s not ok then they don’t take it back.
