Would not sync up or work with WIFI
The item itself looked great. It was packaged securely, and looked like exactly what I needed. I tried multiple times to get the unit to sync up with my Bluetooth and with my Wi-Fi. No matter what I did I just could not get this product to work. I spent so much time trying to get it to work that I started running out of my return time. I took the item to the nearest UPS store by me and they informed me that I would have to pay $3.23 just to have them print out a return label for me. Of course, I paid the money. I guess it’s just the fact that $3.23 is a lot to pay for one label. The employee at the UPS location said Amazon or the seller had to allow an actual QR code to be sent with the digital label so they could scan it and print the label for free. The digital label in my Amazon account does not have a QR code that is scannable. I’ve had no problem in the past doing this with other items so I don’t know why it was such a problem with this one. Currently I am in between printers. I’m finding that I really don’t have the need to print as much currently as I did in the past so I haven’t really been in a hurry to buy a new one. I will be leery of buying electronics from Amazon in the future because if the product doesn’t work, I don’t think I should have to pay to return it as a Prime member. Even Amazon is charging $1.00 to mail customers a return label. That’s not an efficient process. Just put the QR code in the return label and make things easier for your customers. Apparently I’m more put out about the return process than the fact that the product didn’t work.

What a waist of time and money
This device doesn’t come with enough instructions to enable you to trouble shoot any issues come across. The scan bar code doesn’t work and it has a very difficult time connecting to the home network. It also requires you to go through numerous settings only to be frustrated and wind up back to square one. You can’t place the camera in an out doors setting and the recorded shelf life is only 1 hour and 50 minutes. Which means it will turn off if not plug to a power source. Garbage. Not worth it.

So hard to get connected to the camera.
It’s difficult to connect to my phone. Maybe it’s just something I’m doing wrong. But I don’t have any issues connecting other devices to my phone.

Is okay.
It took me a while to connect the camera to the phone app you got to make sure your on really good wifi to do that. The camera is good if you need it to sit in one spot and not move

Doesn’t work as promised
The camera is very hard to set up and while the picture is adequate, it lacks the clarity to be useful as a nanny cam. I couldn’t get the motion detect feature to work and the camera shuts down after a few minutes. The worst issue is the instructions; just because the camera is small, the instructions don’t have to be. In addition, there were written in such a way that made no sense, so some of the issues may have been set up, rather than an actual problem with the camera.
