Doesn’t work
HiI received my order on Friday and put new batteries in it but the remote did not work - no lights at all on the remote come on when any buttons are pressed. I am 6 months pregnant so have been in hospital but tonight tried again with another set of new batteries and it still isn’t working. Can someone advise how I return this for another one? Thanks

Wrong description
The remote didn't work straight out of the box i used new duracell batteries so I know nothing was wrong.my tv is electriq and the description claims it works for all models of electriq and other tv's this is false
