Beautiful!
The color is absolutely gorgeous. It takes about 3 clicks of the glue gun to have enough to get a fully covered imprint. I was able to get 64 seals using 14 sticks. So they don't go quite as far as the description says. Regardless, I am especially happy I got these. Also, they are not brittle like traditional wax sealing sticks. So they should actually survive being put in the mail. That being said, they don't snap in half to open, so be sure to not let any of the wax touch and important verbiage because it will not peel off cleanly.

Beautiful color
I've used this brand before for my wedding invitations, and now again for birthday invitations. The hot glue sticks are so much easier to use, and this brand in particular makes beautiful colors. Really go heavy on the amount you apply to the paper for a good stamp... I keep underestimating how much glue I need. That being said, one package makes a ton of seals. The only downside is if you're sending your invites in the mail rather than handing them out in person, the rollers that are used by the postal service will smear your seal, making it look bad. It might be better to place your wax seal directly on the invite inside the envelope rather than on the outside of the envelope.

Worked great
Here's my review of these wax seals - and I can't provide much of a review since this is the only wax seal product I've used but they worked very well for us.Using the cheapest mini glue gun we could find, we were able to get 60-65 wax seals from each box using a 1" wax seal stamp. We chose to put them on wax paper first so that we could transfer them to our wedding invitations later. This allowed us to make mistakes without messing up invitations - although we didn't make many mistakes so that was good. Our method was one person on the glue gun and the other on the stamp. The glue gun took 3 full pumps to get the right amount of wax down on the wax paper (more pumps needed if you couldn't get full pumps - cheap glue gun remember), and then the person with the stamp would keep the head of the wax stamp in some ice water until the wax was pumped on to the wax paper. To do the stamp, I would wipe the water off the stamp head with a paper town and then press the stamp head slowly into the liquid wax, moving it around a little until I had an even ring of extra wax around the stamp head, and then I would press down gently. Let the stamp head sit there for 10 seconds or so for the wax to harden enough and the stamp head would pull out of the stamp pretty easily. If I had to force it, I knew the seal wasn't ready yet. This seemed to work really well - making sure to get the stamp head back in the ice water for a few seconds before it was ready to press the next stamp. I'm not sure if that really made a difference or not, but that's what we did. Also was handy to have a spare paper towel to dab the tip of the glue gun as excess wax would ooze out a little. To get the wax seals off the wax paper - I used a hair dryer on the low heat setting to heat up the back side of the wax seal and then they would peel off the wax paper.Overall this was way easier and faster than I thought it was going to be, especially for not ever having done it before. A+ would recommend and would do it again. I think it helped having two people do it, and I didn't have any problems with the glue gun heating up too much like others said they did. Hopefully this helps!

So much easier and cleaner than melting wax
We have been doing Santa letters for our neighborhood kids and putting wax seals on the envelopes for a few years now and thought we'd try this glue-gun wax. WOW!! So much easier and cleaner than melting wax. A bit more pricey than buying the wax, but it's worth it.

It can get a little messy
I bought these and a hot glue gun for my wedding invitations. I absolutely love the look and the time saving of these, BUT I'm very glad that I had a paper plate under it all. It would not stop coming out of the hot glue gun and was making little wax pellets all on the plate. It can also get a little stringy when applying but it is very easy to get off. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to consider this for nice looking invitations.

First time using this method..I love it
Used this for my daughter's wedding invitations. Thi was my first time using glue gun wax. It worked very well, was a very pretty red and went a long ways. Be patient with cooling down though. Will definitely buy again.

Great for wedding or bulk projects
I purchased four packs of the Antique Bronze sealing wax sticks for my wedding invitations/projects and I am very happy with the product.Pros:-The selection on the colors for this item is vast and I was able to match the antique copper wax almost to the exact foil used on my invites!-The quality is great. The metallic color is brilliant and the wax seal lasted through the mail and did not detach or break apart in transit. Note that I used the hot wax directly on the paper envelope with my seal and did not pre-make the seal to attach onto the envelope-The quantity was good and I only ended up using 1 pack for my wedding invitations (80 invites total, wax seal was 3/4" wide). I had some left over and used them for my favors and seating cards (it turned out great!)Cons:-It's just a slight observation and perhaps I didn't use the correct glue gun, but the metallic started to pool when the low-temp glue gun I used was on for too long. I learned through trial-and-error that if I turned the glue gun off periodically to cool down, it would solve the issue of the pooling metallicThis is a great product and I would definitely purchase again!

Perfect for envelope seals!
I bought this to make custom wax seals for my wedding invitations and it was perfect. I used it with a low temperature hot glue gun (which I bought at Michael’s for less than $10). I LOVE the results! They adhered to the paper well and were somewhat easy to remove (if you use string you can rip it through it or carefully remove from the paper without destroying the invite). The wax itself isn’t crumbly and feels very smooth, almost slightly plastic like. Make sure you use a low temperature glue gun with this and that you only use it for wax!! If you place your stamp on an ice pack between stamping it’ll cut down the wait time by about 5 seconds and makes it easier to remove the stamp itself from the wax. Just make sure you have a small towel to wipe off any moisture on your stamp before placing it down on the hot wax.

Gorgeous color
When used with a low temperature glue gun this wax works well. It can be used with a lighter or candle but it much harder to control. The color is gorgeous; I will be buying other colors eventually. I would recommend this wax.
