Color Me Happy
As an adult, I was pleasantly surprised to take part in this color me happy color me calm coloring book. each page had a word and acute little poem to go along with it. The last line gave you an action to do along with the coloring. I enjoyed how detailed the pictures were and found myself getting calmer and slowing down as I went through the book. this book is perfect for a child or adults or even a great activity to do together.

Very cute!
Angry octopus is a cute coloring book that is not only fun but also helps children find different techniques to deal with their emotions. This interactive format was a fun way for my 5-year-old and myself to discuss emotions together. It was very relaxing and full of beautiful illustrations. Highly recommend this coloring book for both children and adults who enjoy coloring!

Relaxing and Enjoyable!!!
What better way to help your child learn relaxation techniques than when relaxing while coloring!! Beautiful pictures to color with a relaxation technique or anecdote to read to your child on each page while he/she is coloring. The coloring book pairs perfectly with the book, The Angry Octopus, by the same author, Lori Lite. Highly recommend both the book and coloring book be on your go to list for childrens gifts.

Very creative coloring book!
This fun coloring book discusses ways to create calmness while coloring. I love the positive messages on each page that give several ideas of different things to do and ways to relax. It also creates a space for you to be creative in your own way and release negative feelings and emotions. I highly recommend this book for any age.

Coloring book
I LOVE this coloring book! It is great for any age group, but is meant for children. The illustrations are simple and well thought out. I like that it shows you different coping mechanisms on how to claim down when you’re upset. It is very important to show kids how to handle emotions in a fun way and this coloring book does just that!

Color Me Happy
Angry Octopus Color Me Happy, Color Me Calm by Lori Lite is an amazing book. I love all of the Angry Octopus books. This coloring/message book can help anyone from ages 5 to 99 years. I really think every parent, any adult, and schools should have a copy of this book. Excellent!

Good but pricey
I really like this coloring book. The lessons and exercises are great. I just had a hard time accepting the price for a children's coloring book, which I typically buy for a dollar at the dollar store....

This coloring book is full of positive affirmations and fun pictures to color.Each 2-page layout has a great advice bubble and an accompanying picture to color. The pictures are all very emotive and capture the essence of the affirmations perfectly. The pictures are simple, allowing each one to be finished in a sitting, which is very satisfying. The flow of the lines is very pleasant and they add to the overall calming effect of the book.Each page of this delightful book offers a mini-mindful moment including a progressive muscle relaxation script, yoga, visualization, a bubble thought exercise and gratitude pages along with a variety of other ways to connect mindfulness to your senses, functions, emotions, and activities such as dance, listening to music and exercise.The book itself allows for lots of space to breathe and to express yourself creatively. I love how it touches on so many ways to experience mindfulness. This book offers both young and old coping skills to help calm anxiety and bring about peace of mind. Coloring is proven to be a great calming activity and is a great way for families to enjoy some quiet together time. I highly recommend this book for families, therapists, yoga classes (which is what I will be using it for) and for anyone else who wants to access their creativity and share calming strategies with children.How I will use this book:In my yoga/mindful movement classes, I love to offer many avenues to my students to absorb coping skills. This book will come in super handy when I need an activity that passively activates the still quiet place inside where peace abides and anxiety is dissipated.
