Great product but the box was completely open and it was damaged, judging by the reviews seems like this happens a lot, they need to put on a stronger box or something.

When it runs right it’s great. Boost valve fell out of the pump repeatedly, the spring within broke into pieces, called customer service and it was terrible, I gave them part number like they ask and it was a completely different pump in their system. Also the machine is decently hard to pull to start it. I would say only get this if you’re near someone to fix it or you’re mechanically inclined. It’s only the second day I’ve owned this machine. Disappointed.Update almost a year later, machine is great, haven’t had problems since.

I have had many power washers and this is by far the best I have ever bought. It has the power that is advertized and can ve adjusted to a lower PSI. You will not be sorry if you purchase the item. It is the best value for your money.

This is a great tool - a decade of scummy mess (algae, pollen and mold) removed in a few hours. There are some drawbacks, but I really like this pressure washer. It is very strong and sturdy. Drawbacks: hose very stiff and difficult to maneuver - but beginning to loosen after a few uses. Engine can require lots of strength and pulls to start, even when holding trigger open of sprayer. Some cheap plastic parts - I expected the fuel tank to be metal, but it is plastic - same with fuel lid. Online warranty registration is a bit wonky. This is a heavy machine - engine and frame. Pros: Performance, Performance, Performance.
