Brother Bear/Brother Bear 2 [Import anglais]

I had mistakenly purchased a dvd set that didn't work on on American DVD players, and the seller wouldn't allow me to return it even though the seller in no way stated in the description that the DVD wouldn't play in American DVD players and believe me I check every carefully if an item has any regional restrictions, and I didn't see anything n the description to indicate that the Brother Bear DVDs wouldn't play in the American region.

This cannot be played in my DVD player. I was upset because this was not specified.

It wouldn’t even work. It said it had a wrong code, and would just spit the disc back out. I had bought this for a Christmas Eve movie for our four kids. They were so up set that it didn’t work. It was very frustrating as a parent. So I didn’t noticed it wasn’t even from our country. That was my fault. So my advise. Make sure to read the fine details before buying DVD’s.

i have actully puchased brother bear one and two from amazon twice,lost the first two copies and recently purchased them again,a must to sit and watch who thing,no phone calls or visitors,thes are absolutely great childrens movies,thankyou

Did not work on my DVD player. Sent it to my brother, who is a tech know-it-all and he tried to convert it to a new disc that would work. No luck. Really feel ripped off. Not used to Amazon selling false advertising.Will be more careful in the future.

Absolutely TERRIBLE. Doesn't play on any of our devices due to a "region error." Nowhere in the description did it say it would not work in the U.S. I know I should have read review, I was so excited to buy this for my sons birthday I fudged up. Oof.

Unable to even watch movies. Nowhere is it written in listing that this is coded for another region. I wished I had read reviews prior to purchasing because I wouldn’t have bought had I. Seems several people have also been duped. Amazon should cut ties with this merchandiser.
