I take this before going to bed to help with getting into deep sleep. So far so good.

First, I think this brand works best for me in terms of sleep quality, muscle cramp alleviation and just overall feeling of well being. Significantly better than other well known brands. However, WAY too large to swallow! Gets stuck in my throat for hours. So, I crack the capsules open and mix it in a drink. Doesn't taste bad, so I'll keep buying.

Great product. I only take 2 a day instead of the recommended 4. Highly recommend.

This is a quality product

I really like this magnesium. I used to but Kal brand until they changed it. Almost every brand requires at least 4 capsules to get 600mg, some to get only 400mg. But, this brand only requires 2 capsules and it works very well. I highly recommend this product.

I have been taking this 2 times a day for over a year now. I can honestly say it has helped with my sleep quality. I have less headaches. I trust this brand. It is a higher quality of product. But dont take my word for it, try it yourself and see the difference it makes

Product is great cause the company is actually great, the only problem is that some pills broke during transport and there was white powder all over the product but it’s the fault of the delivery not the company.
