Loved it ! Very good size and keeps things cold and love that it decides into two different parts

Can't live without.
I've used this for work every day since it arrived. I travel all day with my job and this has plenty of room in the top for lots of snacks. The bottom (cooler) part has enough room for 2 large ice packs, 3 or 4 bottles of soda and a can of Monster. The backpack is really comfortable to wear. The only thing I would change is adding a chest strap and buckle since when it's fully packed it can get heavy. My only concern is the zipper holding the top and bottom together. So far so good though! I'd totally buy another as a gift.Edit: 2 years later and it's still holding up!

Perfect for trips, and for trips to the grocery store!
We don't have a car, so we either walk to the grocery store or order online.This backpack is PERFECT for those trips to get refrigerated everyday items. The first time we used it was on a trip to Las Vegas, where the closest to our hotel was a Target 20' waking from the hotel.We packed a 1/2 gallon carton of milk, a bunch of bananas, grapes, cookies, bread, ham, cheese, granola bars, and a 50 oz Starbucks ice coffee. Everything fit perfectly and it made the walk back with the scorching sun so much easier.We also used the cooler part with ice from the hotel and kept the milk the whole week as we didn't have a fridge. While it didn't keep it COLD, it was more than room temperature and it didn't go bad.I highly, highly recommend it!

Decent with some minor flaws
Been using this for over a year. It is great other than two minor issues the zipper is finally starting to break on the corner and you will definitely need to buy a cheap lunch box just for the plastic insert or the bag folds in half. But I like it so much I'm going to order a new one.

The backpack lasted two weeks before the stitching started coming apart. The cooler works well, but the other pockets have thin stitching that pulls apart

So much space
Can hold so much! The cooler section can hold a to. Of drinks and food and the upper section is a lot more spacious than originally thought. Perfect for taking to baseball games.
