I have faith they will provide some kind of benefit.
Taking supplements that offer an improvement on your health is difficult because we don't see vast improvements, sometimes we don't see any improvement at all but hopefully they are working in the background to prevent issues as we get older.I've noticed that I'm getting slightly ditzier the older I get. I've been taking these as directed but I haven't noticed any improvement but hopefully they are preventing me getting worse. They are easy to take and have no nasty side effects.

A good vitamin and mineral supplement geared for better cognition
This supplement, aptly named 'Focus Factor', is a good multivitamin and multimineral supplement aimed at improving cognitive performance. It includes vitamins A to E, with high values of B vitamins. Included with these are a range of minerals. Included in the minerals is Molybdenum, which I haven't seen in a supplement before. Along with the vitamins and minerals are a range of amino acids and plant extracts. The capsules are as easy-to-swallow as any other vitamin supplement, which is to say that they are reasonably easy to swallow with water but could be easier. The quantities of B vitamins are quite high, which is a good thing if you may struggle to get enough B vitamins.

works! And gives a vitamin boost. But quite expensive
What you get: • These pills come nicely presented in a ✨shiny✨ box. • The bottle is blue plastic, not glass and there's no child-proof safety lock on the cap, so its quite lightweight and easy to open. • The pills are compressed powder - not gelatin capsules and they aren't especially large. I found them easy enough to swallow, however a serving is 4 tablets - that's a lot to swallow, not to mention it makes these pills quite expensive at £2 per serving.Do they work? • There's a lot of different things which could affect your attention/concentration, and a large number of vitamin and mineral deficiencies are quite high up on that list. • Most focus-boosting pills contain a number of stimulants such as caffeine, theobromine or Theophylline. These pills don't seem to contain any stimulants at all (which is great for me as I have a heart condition and can't tolerate stimulants well) • They are actually a good-quality multivitamin with a few added substances/plant extracts which have been associated with attention, memory and cognitive performance.Although the scientific evidence for some of these substances for attention is considered relatively weak (such as Ginko Biloba, grapeseed extract etc.). However there is quite strong evidence for other extracts aiding in attention (such as Korean ginseng and inositol) and I did personally find them effective.Summary:I found these pills quite effective, though I didn't enjoy swallowing 4 of these each day and the price is very steep at £2/serving. It would probably be cheaper than buying all of these vitamins and extracts individually, however. So if you're desperate for something to work, can't take stimulants, and can afford it, then I'd recommend giving these a try.

Do the job, reasonable value
These seem to work, I found my mind definitely sharper after taking them for a week. They are easy to swallow with no after-taste, 4 tablets are taken daily with food, and you have 15-days supply.I think £29.99 for 15-days supply, isn't great value. But they are good quality, so at least you are not wasting your money!Worth trying!

Expensive vitamins
This bottle of vitamins comes in a large plastic jar padded with cotton wool. The ingredients list is quite impressive. That’s all I can say for the positive points. The downside is that they are very expensive for such a small number of doses. The tablets are huge and four is the dosage. The smell and taste are not pleasant and they repeat - as in give indigestion. After a month of taking them I can see no benefits in terms of mental focus. For the cost you can get multivitamin capsules anywhere.

Could not detect any difference
Focus Factor Tablets Food Supplement for Brain Health (60ct)The Focus Factor tablets come in an impressive looking silver, white blue and green box. Inside the large blue plastic bottle is equally impressive. All the ingredients are listed on the label as well as some of the claimed benefits of taking the tablets.I couldn’t help noticing that some, though not all, of the ingredients, are also common in treatments for dementia and mental decline. After opening the bottle and removing the inner seal I was somewhat disappointed to find that the bottle is filled mostly (about half) with cotton wool packing (maybe they use the same bottles for larger quantities?).The tablets have a faintly earthy smell, although not too off-putting but they are quite large. I can take them quite effortlessly but some people may have to break them in two to swallow them more easily. The sixty tablets were enough for just fifteen days (four per day) and I finished them about two weeks ago, I left it this long to determine if I could discern any difference.I can’t honestly say I felt any change while taking them or after I stopped taking them. It may be that my mental acuity is at its peak or that other factors are preventing the Focus Factor tablets from having the desired effect.I do feel that thirty pounds for just fifteen days of treatment is rather expensive and while some people may benefit from taking this preparation, sadly, it is not for me.

More productive!
Packaged nicely with locked in freshness and easy to swallow with no overwhelming taste. In terms of performance this has had a positive impact on my day to day focus & memory / concentration, which i was seriously lacking beforehand and it didn’t take long for it to be noticeable where if normally procrastinate beforehand!Highly recommend these for the quality results ive been needing

Easy to swallow and high hopes
I have high hopes for these as they contain some good ingredients for cognitive function, you get 60 in the bottle so a good supply and they are easy to swallow, well worth a try I feel, will update with a longer-term review once I've finished thew bottle but so far so good from me.
