Gout and You Relief Cream for Joint Discomfort, Flare-Ups, Tendon - Fast Acting Muscle Ache Relieving Rub with Arnica/Ilex Leaf Extract, Aloe Vera and Tea Tree Oil

I'm an active 67 year old man - active until 3 weeks ago when I was hit with a crippling case of gout in my left foot. By left foot, I mean the big toe, top and bottom, the heel - everything! While I have had minor flare-ups over the years (especially the usual big toe), this time knocked me on my butt. I have new empathy for others who have suffered from debilitating gout. I threw everything I could at my screaming foot to try to get relief (tart cherry juice, celery seed, increased water consumption, epsom salts, yarrow tincture, tumeric, diet) and on and on. No matter what I tried, I could not get the swelling down. As any gout sufferer knows, you SUFFER if the swelling won't go down. I was so close to going to the ER for a steroid shot. My younger brother has severe gout and has to get a steroid show a couple of times a year. I researched the ingredients in this gout cream before placing my first order. The mixture made sense as to why this had the chance to offer some relief. I'm on a fixed income so $20.00 for 3 ounces seemed high but when you are suffering, you are willing to do whatever it takes. The product arrived within two days and I started using it immediately. I was impressed with the pleasant scent as well as the relief I received when I started applying it to my screaming foot. The cream is greaseless and has a nice consistency. One caveat - be sure to wash your hands thoroughly after each use - not because it is not pleasant but because it will light up your sensitive areas! The cream did not immediately decrease the swelling but it did bring relief. I actually looked forward to the next application. Over a period of a week I used the cream the recommended 4x a day. Over time, the swelling has decreased and my foot is almost back to normal. As I got close to the last of the cream, I ordered another jar and received it - again, in two days. To be honest with you, I can't say that this cream is totally responsible for the relief I - finally, got but I have no doubt it played a part. It may also be cumulative effect from the other things I tried during the time I used the cream. I had also started using highly concentrated tart cherry juice 4x daily. This may have played a part. That's the frustrating problem with gout, you don't always exactly know what is helping or hurting you. The fact that I ordered this cream again, shows that I believe it did help. I will be sure to keep a jar on hand for any future flare ups. I will continue to use the second jar for another week.

First let me say that this product has brought me nearly complete relief from gout and arthritic pain in both feet. Now that said I am not sure why. The "active" ingredients would suggest that this is just another topical cream that stimulates blood flow and in no ways is a pain relief medication. Now having said that, it does relieve pain, it does reduce swelling, and has done so for over two years. Is it the ingredients or is it the placebo effect? I don't know. I had tried other over the counter products for my gout flair ups that would happen about four times per year with no relief. In those dark days past I would spend over a week in bed until I was able to put weight on my feet; but those days are gone thanks to this stuff. I only use it when I feel a flair up coming, or sometimes proactively if I am going to be spending a lot of time on my feet walking on hard surfaces. So as I said, it definitely works for me and is a great product, but I can't with any assurance say why. I would say try it, and if it works for you great, if not you can always send it back to amazon. Good luck to you, hopefully you will have results similar to mine.

This seems to work, as long as you catch a gout outbreak early. I've used this and doubled up on a tart cherry supplement when an outbreak first starts and it seems to help avoid a Dr. visit. I'll give it a 4 star because I "think" it's working as it says it does. Can't completely confirm that, but it "seems" to work as it states it does. I'll keep buying it.

This helped very little but it did help the gout on my foot. The potassium Citrate may be a better option as it eats up the Uric Acid which is the cause of the problem and drink lots of water.

I don't usually write reviews. However, I am taking the time to let you know that this product definitely works. This is probably the worst flare up I've had EVER, only ice was working for relief but I performed research and read the reviews on this product. You feel the relief almost immediately! Don't worry about the smell, it's not that overwhelming and really no on is going to be smelling the affected area. The smell easily washes away with soap and water. I am a believer and now an advocate for this product. Order and keep it on hand. I keep it in the refrigerator for added cooling power. Not only cools but acts on the pain and provides almost instant relief. Do apply several times throughout the day, as we all know; there is no silver bullet for gout flare up relief but this is necessary in your arsenal.

This totally reallllllllllly helps the gout reducing pain and goes away rapidly if you continuously use it every 4 hours it'll help ease the inflammation. I recommended this for gout attacks! I have gout pretty much of every beginning of the year dont know why! Ha

The cream worked well for me. I also use it for other pain that I might have. I have also recommended it to some of my family members.

When I got the cream the lid was loosen with some content out. I contacted the seller and they responded amicably and reasonably. I tried the cream on the swollen foot and it was soothing. It is a good product, only that the delivery process might have caused some mishap. Otherwise all is well. Tk u seller for understanding.❤️
