This product was recommended by my kid’s developmental ped for tics, ocd, and other symptoms of PANS. It calms him and helps him sleep well. Out of all of the supplements he takes, this is the one that we can truly tell a difference if we skip. The taste is kinda “meh” but we mix with fruit juice and my kiddo tolerates it.

I've been using Kirkman's buffered Mag Bisglyscinate Powder for over 3 years: I use it 1- (with Dr supervision) as a sleep aid while 1-transitioning OFF a med another Dr gave me 4sleep (no help, just addictive over time) and 2- as my Magnesium Supplement; it is thought that ''this type of magnesium may cause less issues for women dealing w a long list of items: when I started on it I do remember finding a ppr frm NIH. THIS brand is the only one I could find locally (that's I moved my orders to AMAZON and others in the area). Then I found-capsules!! It does tend to clump v easily, however that is a SMALL issue in the larger world. In the sea of options-I stumbled onto (IMHO) the best.

I liked that this was basically flavorless so it could easily be added to juice, water, applesauce, etc and not make it unbearable. I recommend it. Only negative is if you’re sensitive to stevia, as it does contain it.
