Got this for making cotton candy kettle corn at home.Works perfect. Tastes and smells great.Not close to expiration date, BUT was a little older than I’d like.Since it’s shelf stable I’m not too concerned.Hoping to get a cotton candy machine to try that with it. But works good for other recipes :)
