Amazing cutlery set - real ceramic. Excellent cutting and stays sharp.

When I bought these, I expected CERAMIC knives and these aren't. I kept them because they cut nice and look nice, but I was really looking for ceramic knives and these aren't.

Extremely sharp, rarely use my other knives anymore. A few reviewers thought they were a little dull; what i found is that because they are a little thicker than stainless knives, they take a little more pushing to get thru some of the harder things like heavy artisan bread. But it isn't a sharpness issue. Cutting everything else is easy, can't believe how thinly i can slice a tomato now.

I love these ceramic knives. Affordable price. Sizes are smaller than expected, though. They come with cute protectors, though getting them on is less smooth than I had hoped. The knives are also not as sharp as some of the other reviews lead me to believe. The knives I currently have are dangerously sharp while these are more kid-safe. I'm sure they get the job done pretty simply. Just may need to re-sharpen them sooner than expected. But can't expect too much for the price. Just as long as they don't rust in the long run and are long lasting, I'm happy.

These knives are awesome. For the price and for how well they cut, you can't beat that.

Doesn't hold edge like it should

I had an older pair. I have never sharpened them and they still slice everything. I wanted the longer knives and the bread knife for my kitchen. I'll never go back to steel, My poor Wustof set just collects dust now.

Very sharp. Smaller than what I expected but cuts fine.
