Livingood Daily Journal (365 Days)

This is the fourth journal from Dr. Livingood that I have purchased. This last one went to my daughter! I have always wanted to be able to keep a journal, but was never able to find the time. This journal template makes it so easy and powerful. It truly maximized my affirmations, my goals and my progress. I believe that this journal helped me reach my goals and dramatically improved my life.

This is a nice help keeping track of lifestyle program over a year. Well bound.
