An amazing product
I love the comfort and functionality of the product. The cushion is soft and the seat works great. I love the value for money and seat quality. If I would of bought from the e-bike company it would have been double the price. My 5 year old 54lbs son and my 30lbs 3 year old daughter rides all the time on the bike. They love it so much they fight over who will ride with mom or dad. I have even put a bag of ice on the bike. It took about 30 minutes to put together, feels strong and steady. The kids love that he can hold on to handlebars and feels like he's riding with us. They love to ring the bell. Great value for the price, would definitely reccomended.

Good seat, pegs didn’t work for my application, had to make adapter for Pedago bike
****Don’t even attempt this if you don’t have the know how and tooling to safely build this adapter plate and foot rests. For entertainment purposes only! Injury or death could occur when your passenger flies off and vacuums up the pavement with his/her teeth because you didn’t have the experience to build this correctly****Ill let the pictures tell the story.I had to make an adapter plate from pressboard to adapt it to the rack on my Pedago Boomerang with 26” wheels. The battery box presents a challenge on the Pegagos.I used 3/8” pressboard as a seat adapter plate so I could use tie down straps to secure the seat to the bike rack. Straps are sandwiched between the seat and adapter. Had to remove the original bike rack hold down spring thingy so the adapter could sit flat on the rack.**Note:watch your fingers when you pop it off, that spring tension is no joke***. Had to measure and cut the original studs (4) on the seat so they didn’t poke into the battery box=dremel with cutoff wheel. The adapter grooves are necessary to keep the straps from sliding off the board (see pictures). The supplied foot pegs are meant to be secured to the spindle of the rear wheel with the original nuts on your bike. Position of the bike rack buddy seat to the rear wheel hub made this not a viable option. Plus my boy is only 4 and his legs weren’t that long. Had to fabricate my own foot rests from angle aluminum and heavy duty overhead electrical conduit (emt) hanger clamps with 1/4” threaded holes. I couldn’t find any other foot peg option for 3/4” OD tube (bike frame) and I had all kinds of aluminum hanging around. It’s solid as a rock, I’ll tell ya what. I lost all interest after fabricating the foot pegs and just zip tied the supplied handlebars to the front most crossmember of the bike rack. It actually worked out better than I had thought. Not pictured is a piece of Velcro bungie strap going from the seat to the handlebars so they don’t lay on the seat when I’m trying to put my son on the bike. Took him for a ride and it cleared my seat and fat butt. Good as gold.Remember, DONT BUILD THIS and stick to the manufactures recommendations!!

Avoid this bike seat
Let me start out by saying this seat is not compatible with the Lectric xp 3.0, as the bolts do not align with the passenger rackThis item is poor quality. The seat is basically cardboard with some foam on top. The back piece is small and flimsy. The foot pegs are practically useless.Since it doesn’t fit my bike, I’m returning it, but even if it did fit, I wouldn’t keep it, as it probably wouldn’t last longer than 2 uses, and doesn’t seem safe anyhow

Good Value, but lacks quality
My daughter is 4 years old and weighs about 35lbs. She is too big for the front riding child seats and too young to ride on busy streets on her own bike. We are Considering that she is going to outgrow this seat soon as she’s going to start riding her own bike when we go out very soon. It was a great value for the price. BUT...the cons of this product are as follows:It’s very cheaply made, you don’t get that quality feeling upon opening, The screws that’s are attached to the base of the seat feel very loose which give away the longevity of the product, the material on the inside feels very cheap (you can tell it’s only going to last a few rides), had to remove bike rack (purchased separately) to adjust seat to be able to attach the handle bars for the seat, and it came with no directions. It was fairly simply to install, but for someone who doesn’t know what the heck they’re doing, it could get quite frustrating.Would NOT purchase if you’re looking for something that will last you long term. This works for us cause we plan to use it for our beach vacation and need it for the weekend so she can ride safely behind dad. She’s too young to ride her own bike and keep up with us.

Well built.
This seat is firm but very durable. East to clean. Mounts easy.

Low quality, but cheap, not very universal.
Hardware didn’t fit. So i made my own. Upholstery looks ready to fall off with just a few staples in it. Plastic seat back is super cheap. Pegs would not work with disc brakes. Seat mounted bars dont fit standard seat post size. I made this work as a butt pad but I wouldn’t recommend. Only good for older kids who understand feet in spokes=bad.

Great seat for the price
I bought this for an Electra Townie bike to get my 7-year-old daughter on as a passenger. I am pleasantly surprised by how good the seat is. For some reason, I was under the impression this came with its own rack -- but it doesn't. It bolts into your current rear cargo rack, which is why it's universal, and this wasn't a problem since I had a rack already. It was easy to install. As others have noted and I agree with this), about $5 at the local Home Depot will get you some washer and hardware to make the seat even more secure. I recommended some heavy-duty washers where the seat clamps down onto the rack. For the footsteps, I needed to buy two longer bolt and a few washers, but once they were installed, they're effective. My daughter is 7, about 50 pounds, and is very comfortable in the seat. I highly recommend this.
