Needed this pan to make keto egg noodles. This was the perfect size to use for the recipes I make. Needed to make keto lasagna noodles and they came out perfect without the edges getting overdone as you would have with spreading it on a silicone mat without edges. I cooked mine in a regular sized jelly roll pan and this mold fit perfectly inside and cooking was uniform. You need to fit this form inside a regular metal jelly roll so you can keep it level or you would not be able to pick it up without bending at the edges.

This works great! Used some spray and baked a thin cake for an entremet. Cake same out beautifully - so easy to use. Love it. Might get another.

This helped save some time & mess when making pumpkin rolls. I did need to spray it.

I like the Swiss roll cake mat overall. It seems sturdy (time and multiple uses will tell) and the height of the rim is perfect. What is disappointing is how they shipped the item. They folded the silicone tray into quarters for ease of shipping. When I received the item I let it sit unfolded for several days in hopes the fold lines/indentations would disappear, they did not and after about 2 weeks, the lines remain. I've baked with the tray once and when I unmolded the cake layer, I could see the lines/indents in the cake itself. When I rolled the cake, the lines/indents were very clear and visible, fortunately it was going to be covered with a frosting. As the shipper or distributor, I would seriously recommend reviewing how this item is being shipped to your customers. The item would have received 5 stars if not for this issue

This silicone mat with sides fits perfectly on my cookie sheets for making 'carnivore' keto noodles. This was the right size for me and the best price I could find for something that seemed normal :). A lot of the jelly roll pans I was seeing were smaller than what I was looking for. Great product, thanks.

I eat a carnivore diet, and a lot of "doughs" are runny. This pan is the answer to make fathead pizza crust, so glad Amazon has it!

I don’t know whose sponge cake recipe can produce a cake as thin as a cracker, but if yours does, this is the pan for you. Anybody that has a nice fluffy sponge recipe, send it to me, but don’t use this pan to bake it as everything flows over the short edges!

I got this cake mat to make roll cakes and well I did a very good job at keeping the cake from sticking, it did not hold up well in the oven. It's too flimsy to just put it in the oven by itself so I put it on a sheet. When I was baking my roll cake the silicone was shifting back and forth making my roll cake not as flat as I would have liked. When it cooled down it went back to normal but the cake did not sadly.
