Broke after one use
Bottom of the jug cracked after one use meaning electrical connection could not be made. Sadly I threw away the box so now it is just junk.

Being a coffee lover I have always been looking for something like this which is super easy to use.

Not strong. Base gets off easily and have to fix each time I want to use. Poor quality for the price
