I purchased this sign for our business parking lot because I frequently need to run errands and pick up parts or other items that can be too big or heavy to carry. I like to park in my designated spot right in front of our building, but customers often park there instead. This sign helps prevent that from happening.The sign is made of durable metal and has withstood storms, heavy winds, and snow recently, showing no signs of damage. I'm really glad I came across this sign, and I would definitely purchase it again without hesitation.

I kept having people steal my parking spot before taking this. I pay $120 a month for my spot and everyday was someone new either a resident or sometimes even a non-resident since i live right by a light rail station. My property refuses to tow unless they've been there 48 hours so usually one person leaves after they get a notice and another hops and takes the spot. I WAS SO FRUSTRATED!! I even thought about damaging their property or buying annoying stickers. But THIS RIGHT HERE!! i haven't had a problem since , luckily i have a light pole next to my spot so i just used tape to put it on. I have no issues anymore. I'm so happy everytime i come home and realize my spot is my spot.

Sturdy sign that works perfectly to remind tenants to not park in my spot.
