The organic cotton swaddling blanket is a soft and lightweight muslin that would also work well as a nursing blanket during warm months, as it's very breathable and drapes well. The baby booties are about 4 1/2 inches long and 2 1/2 inches wide, with a soft fleecy lining and a velcro closure with the soft part of the velcro on the strap so that even if it's pulled loose it won't scratch the baby's skin. The rabbit is made of a knit fabric that has a light and soft texture and the facial features are made of thread, with no buttons or bits of plastic that a baby could choke on. The ears, arms, and legs are all sewn on very securely and it feels like it will stand up to a lot of use. The wooden rattle is very smooth and rounded, with no sharp ends, and makes a light clinking sound when shaken. Since it's finished with olive oil (instead of a petroleum-based mineral oil) I would be comfortable letting a a teething baby could chew on it, too. This is a great gift for a new baby, especially if the giver is looking for something that's easy to send. It's very well designed and a delight to open. 5 stars!

As a receiver of the gift, I really appreciate that the box comes sealed as it brings peace of mind that the items were not tampered with, contaminated, etc. The flipside, as the giver, is that you can’t view/confirm the items are all there and their condition (as there were some snags on the bunny that I could overlook, but that might not be the case for all). Opening the box feels like a prestigious but precious experience because you are greeted with nice wrapping and warm, caring messages. Also, it's always a plus for me when organic and natural materials are used, which is the case for these items. The booties, bunny and blanket are soft and exquisite, and the wooden rattle is adorable. Overall, this baby gift box is quite lovely and would make the receiver feel very special.

Super cute gift set. Nice variety of luxury items with neutral color pallet. Very high quality and well made. Things were placed nicely and it was presealed so I just had to hand it over to the recipient! My friend loved it!

What a nice gift for any new mom! While the theme seems to be gender neutral it would be perfect for a baby boy. The box is sealed and the presentation itself is five stars. The quality of the booties is nice as they are fleece lined inside and the best part is the velcro closure, so no slipping off your baby’s feet. The blanket is a light weight and soft cotton muslin, and the wooden teether is smooth and just the right size for small hands. The only issue I had is the plush bunny- there are pretty big snags on its belly which is disappointing. Could be an easy fix but unfortunately you won’t be able to tell if your items are in great condition before gifting to someone without tearing the tab on the front of the box. I think an unsealed box would be better to be able to catch something like this before gifting. Expect better quality control for the price. Overall, I would hope the next person purchasing this out right will have better luck than me.
