Arrived much earlier than expected
The cuff I received is the exact same quality as the original, which is excellent. I had lost weight and needed the medium cuff instead of the large. It came with instruction booklet and installed VERY easily. I mean, within seconds I was using it and it works great. I love the steel loop that holds a portion of the cuff in place while you are wrapping it around your arm. This makes it so very easy to use by yourself. I highly recommend this product and Lifesource products in general. You get HIGH quality for a reasonable price. Worth every penny.

Works great on any model of Lifesource BP monitor
Easy to set up and calibrate. This small cuff requires you to lower the decrease pressure. I included a photo of the set-screw on my model for your reference. This cuff fits my 89 YO mother. MUCH easier to take her BP and very accurate (we took it to her doctor’s office and they confirmed it’s accuracy). Highly recommend for households with children or slim adults. PLEASE NOTE: once you calibrate your machine for this smaller cuff the machine will no longer work with a medium or large cuff without recalibrating the BP machine.

This product worked as described.
Before purchasing this, I did not realize you have to measure your arm to get the specific size, or it will be inaccurate. One size does not fit all. Go online before ordering and make sure it is the right size. There are instructions telling you how to fit it to your arm. I would recommend this product as a replacement for a worn cuff.

works great
Recently we purchased the LifeSource UA-767PV One Step Auto Inflate Blood Pressure Monitor to replace our older Lifesource monitor which is about 10 years old now. The cuff which attached to the old monitor seemed to stop working. When my wife and I bought the new blood pressure monitor we discovered that the cuff from the new one fit the old one and made it work perfectly. Therefore, we decided to order this cuff from Lifesource which is the same company for the old and new monitor. To our delight the old one was now working perfectly again. Now we have one monitor put away downstairs and one upstairs in the bedroom. With rechargeable batteries, we can easily monitor our blood pressure easily any time. We're happy it worked. Fortunately we don't have to go through the hassle of trying to return the cuff. By the way the newer Lifesource UA-767 is a nice updated improvement over the old monitor. The medium size cuff seems to be just right for the majority of people.

Learn from my mistakes
I bought the LifeSource UA-853LAC Premium Digital Blood Pressure Monitor to help check my wife's blood pressure. When I ordered the Monitor, I was reading that the cuff was for arms of a certain diameter, so I ordered this small Lifesource cuff, figuring that was what I needed. The Monitor and Cuff both arrived, and sure enough, the Large cuff would not work on my wife - I tried a bunch of different times with no luck. (It worked just fine on my big old arm though.) No problem, I swapped out the big cuff with the small cuff and ran into more problems. The small cuff would not give a reading when on my wife's arm; either that or it would overinflate, and give an error. I tried numerous times in different positions on her arm (even her wrist), and also tried the original hose from the larg cuff, the different adapters, etc, but could not get the small cuff to work. Perhaps if I worked in a Medical device repair/calibration shop I might have been able to figure out what was wrong. LESSON 1: Do NOT buy a replacement cuff of a different size. You're better off buying a monitor with the correct cuff already on it. LESSON 2: If you do purchase a monitor or cuff, open it and keep all packaging handy for a few days in case you need to return it. Unfortunately, I had tested the monitor on my arm, but didn't try the cuff until the next day - by which time I had already thrown away the boxes, wrapping, etc.
