Love love love
The media could not be loaded. Edit: update with new pics. This guy is a beast! I have him at work and he’s a prolific grower. Very easy to take care of, and a drama queen! Everyone loves it. Especially when we come from the weekend and it’s drooping and being dramatic. Fun stuff!I first discovered this type of plant when I was a kid. I grew up in Texas and they grow wild there. Since then, I’ve never forgotten these guys. Well, now I have one!The little dude arrived so fast!! Safely packaged and wrapped so the soil wouldn’t spill out of the container. He was closed up and dry so I just gave him a drink and left him alone— well made my partner do it. By the time I got home from work he was open and responsive.I’ve since repotted him. He’s survived and is thriving. I had him outside for a few days but he seems to prefer my window better. I am a little sad that after this plant blooms with flower it does, but it’s still worth the fun to me. Maybe it won’t bloom and I’ll have it for some time! Apparently they’re easy to grow from seed. I was a bit worried because it needs a more humid environment (and I seem to be a leafy plant killer), but my little dude is happy and thriving. It has lots of new growth. It puts itself to bed at night, and since I’ve been baby talking it up, doesn’t seem to be so “scared” of me, but I can still get a response with a good pet on the leaves. If you want this plant I’d say do it. It’ll tell you what it likes if you have a bit of intuition. I let it go too long without water (I’m used to succulents/cacti) and he let me know. It was practically like a cartoon—everything was just laying down in the pot. After a water it perked right back up. If it’s too dark it’ll close up. It’s such a cool plant. It also doesn’t need a lot of nutrients in the soil so if you’re one who doesn’t think to fertilize this might be a good choice. The specimen I got is healthy, growing, and still novel. It makes me smile every day. I also love that this greenhouse is in Wisconsin!! (Which could explain the fast arrival for me because I’m in Wisconsin as well.) It made me happier I was supporting a smaller greenhouse! (Well I dunno if it’s smaller actually because I’ve never seen it)I’d definitely look for this greenhouse and buy more plants from them. Maybe I’ll update with a video later. Thanks for the great plant and fulfilling the 12 year old child in me!

Worst plant ever.
Can’t believe I got this pathetic little plant. It looked dead when it arrived and I couldn’t bring it back to healthy.

He’s beautiful
Sir Mims, as I call him, is doing well. He was a little shy at first. And then when the weather changed abruptly, we went through a rough patch where he was sickly. We watered him and got him some plant spikes, and he has perked right up, and grown 3 more arms! Pictures to follow.I love that he responds to touch. I would advise touching him sparingly upon arrival, as they can fall right off.I’m a little worried about how he will do come very cold weather (he’s an inside guy!), but he’s been a joy to have.

Looks exactly like the product photo
My sensitive plant arrived in great shape. It was closed up but within 24 hours it was fully open and looked great. It comes with a care card that warns it will be closed up after being tossed in the post .

Very Healthy Little Plant
Beautiful and healthy little plant, and when I say little,... well, it's TINY! I have only had mine a week, though, and it's already sprouting new growth. I do think the price is inflated, as I've found other sources that offer a much bigger plant for much less. Minus one star for inflated price.

This is a very interactive plant an in health condition when it got here. Getting another soon.

SMALL!! Not worth $26... but seller fixed
UPDATE: Seller contacted me and throughly apologized said the plant I received was the incorrect age and fixed the problem. Raising from 1 star to 3 for the seller proactively fixing the issue. Not sure what they would've shipped had it been the correct plant so I can't raise to 5 stars. This is a small plant, basically they took a plug plant or a seedling and shoved it into a 3" container. This is not a well established plant, and NOT worth the $26. Buy seeds and grow yourself. It will grow to this size in less than a month.

Died within 3 days!
I got this plant for $25 and when it arrived it was basically dead. I don’t touch it further, provided humidity, indirect sunlight, and watered it as needed. I was planning on repotting it once it adjusted to the new environment. A few days later I noticed it was basically dead and the leaves were falling off. Now that it’s fully dead, I went to throw it away, and noticed there was mold in it!
