The lid is not completely leak proof
The lid is not completely leak proof, while using it with hot tea or cool water it's leaking from the lid side even after closing it tightly.

Got just 49 packs
The product is good but they gave a 10rs discount because they give 49 spouches unlike the mentioned pack of 50

Too small a hole
The hole to fill in the drink is very small due to which the funnel hole is extremely small and this makes filling in of any drink a tedious task. Tried filling masala milk into it which was a complete failure. So can't comment about the drink staying hot at all.
