Got this to use with my PSVR2 instead of opening blinds or turning a light on, both which generate heat. Lights up my living room great, PSVR2 tracking in excellent. Comes with screws and drywall anchors to mount to the wall, which I will do later. I've used it at 3-4 hour periods of time, the unit and wall plug get warm but not hot. I took one star off because it uses more electricity than advertised. I plugged it into a watt-o-meter, and it's using 7.8 watts, instead of the advertised 6 watts.

coverage is good but its not very stealthy if that is what your looking for becouse of the 6 red lights that look like red dots at night. othrwise they are great if that is'nt an issue for you.

One of the primary flaws in the brand of IP cameras I use around our facility is that the IR illumination fails after a couple of years. Everything else with the camera is fine but you loose the night vision because of no Infra Red. This little add on is just the ticket. We mounted it near the camera with the failed IR lamps and we are back to better than the original. Good illumination for night recording... better IR illumination than what we had with the original lamps from the camera. The back shape of the lamp and the mounting bracket can make mounting it under and eve a little tricky. We just removed the two bolts that held the bracket to the lamp and mounted the bracket in place first, then bolted the light back on to the bracket. A little fiddly be we are very pleased with the end result. It's been up and running about a week. Will update the review if there are any run time issues.

Unlike other products, this comes with the power plug and works as described.
