Non-compensated review, personal purchase. Verdict = would purchase again, highly cost competitive. Pros: -Quality, aluminum that is durable -Thick neoprene padding to help prevent movement and improve comfort -Velcro strap attachment for neck support, highly adjustable -Sealed plastic to protect the product while in the cardboard box. Cons: -Made in Pakistan, it's disappointing this quality cannot be made in USA -Excessive plastic packaging, to protect the product during shipping. Cardboard box should have been enough. -Painted, not anodized surface - this will scratch easily.

I'm 78 years old and have shoulder pain when I do "bicep curls". I tried resting my biceps, but that only makes your muscles weaker, and the injury still doesn't heal. To heal, you must stop doing what is causing the injury!! This curl blaster takes the strain off my shoulders and puts it back into my bicep muscles. I'm able to exercise my biceps now without any shoulder pain! Avoid injuries, but if you do get an injury, lower the weight and STOP doing anything that adds pain to the joint or muscle, and remember your body has to have time to heal itself!

So far so good, however I would not say the neck piece has thick padding. It’s a flimsy little thing that will probably rip in a few sessions.

Used this for my heavy curls and destroyed my arms. The frame is solid so you won’t have any problem maintaining good form. Great for curls. The frame is sturdy and the strap has a pad so it’s pretty comfortable

It seems a bit too small for a big guy.

Will really build the arms. Padding is great nice around the neck. Great value, nice for women also, not real heavy and fits both men and women.

The RDX Arm Blaster is a well made product, I feel confident when using the RDX blaster it'snot goingto break when used properly. I use the RDX blaster EVERY bicep day since purchasing and I clearly feel the difference using the blaster vs free curls. It keeps your form strict, which in return gives the biceps an incredible pump. The contour is perfect, rhe rivets are strong and the arm padding is just enough for a tight curl. The neck pad is sufficient and even curling a 100 pound bar there is no tension from the strap on my neck. Great product, if you are looking for a quality and fairly priced arm blaster, RDX is the way to go. I would DEFINITELY recommend this product

I was pleased when this arm blaster from rdx arrived. It is well constructed. It has good padding where you need it. It demonstrates that rdx put thought into the design. The metal arm bit is solid too. It will serve its purpose as intended. Worth the purchase for a great price.

Solid arm blaster. Strong construction. Fits any size. A big hit at my gym anytime I bring it out, People ask to try it! Its a good way to bring new exercises into your workout. Easy to use and stops you from cheating on your curls. Arnold used one so you should too!
