Karma’s World School to Stage Doll & Fashions

This set arrives in a card backed clear front package, similar to many dolls you'll see from Mattel.The box measures approx 32.5cm x up to 19.5cm (edges are wavy so hard to measure) & is approx 6.5cm deep.This would be fairly awkward to wrap as the sides are not straight, but would make a lovely gift for Karma fans.Karma & her accessories, which include a full change of outfit, backpack, microphone & a couple of hair clips are secured to the back of the box so you really need scissors to get her out.Her hair is gorgeous & arrives with a hairnet over it to keep it protected.You need to be careful removing it as it's got plastic tags holding it onto her head - you'll need scissors to cut them as well.Once out, she has beautifully soft tight curls that look so much nicer than they do squashed up in the protective net.She has a small moulded plastic section on the side of her head with a star clip in which is not removable.The collection of Karma dolls (including other characters from the series) are unusual for a Mattel product because if you get them all, they are slightly different heights which makes them a great set to have for playing.The children (there are adult characters who are taller) all fit the same clothes so the girls can swap outfits, which are either elasticated, pull on or velcro so they are easy to dress/undress.The clothes are not as good as they could be.Details are all printed on the fabric like the cheapest range of Barbie clothes which is perfect for play but not so nice for collectors.This is very much a playline doll.Highly recommended.Her right hand is shaped so that she can hold the microphone & book, both of which will fit in her open backpack so she can take them with her on her adventures.She has nicely printed wide brown eyes & a moulded slight smile on her pretty face.Her head is jointed, as are her shoulders & hips but her knees & elbows are not.One arm is slightly bent (the right), the other is straight.When you sit her down she has to sit with her legs straight out.I was able to stand her up without support but she wasn't very stable.Karma is aimed at the 6-9 age group & I love the fact that she is modelled to look like a young girl rather than having a too grown up body for her age.She doesn't have painted or moulded on undies & comes with none.I have seen another Karma doll who does have jointed knees so she can sit down, which I personally prefer, but this is a really nice doll.Other than wishing she could sit, this would be a fabulous gift for any Karma fans.

I am really impressed with this doll and think it is good value for money.The doll is made by the people who brough us ‘Barbie’ and this is packaged in a similar way with infuriating ties and too much plastic overall. I wish the packaging were more sustainable. Despite this, it is ready to gift and very eye-catching because of all the bright colours.The doll is very well-made with fantastic hair. It looks very closely like the character from the television series – which my children love. I particularly like all the attention to detail in the overall design.The two outfits are sweet and the accessories are not too small either. Even if the television series has not been seen, I would not hesitate to gift this because it feels such good quality and would fit in nicely with similar play sets. The accessories feel well-made and like they will withstand plenty of outfit changes.It is a nice toy that isn’t too fiddly but I would recommend for 4 years and above so that children have some chance of trying to interact properly with all of the accessories.

This looks just like the character on the tv programme, so little fans will recognise her instantly and love playing with her.She is slightly bigger than I was expecting (smaller than Barbie, bigger than Chelsea) and made by the same company (Mattel) so you know you can rely on the quality. Her proportions are more realistic to a young girl as well and it is so nice to be able to buy more diverse dolls now - representation is so important!This doll comes with a change of outfit, some hair slides and other accessories, including the essential microphone so Karma can practice her rapping. Unfortunately these fiddly plastic bits are always the first thing lost in this house, but that's hardly the manufacturer's fault!All in all, this is good value for money and makes a great gift for fans of Karma's World.

The doll is based on a tv show called Karma's world and this is Karma. A quick internet search tells me that Karma is 10 years old and the dolls figure and face shape correctly reflect this. Karma likes to rap and change the world! The doll is posable and her hands are designed so she can hold the accessories provided. Karma has 2 outfits, one for school and one for when she's off rapping! There are lots of accessories including hair slides, a book, a microphone and a backpack (which can be worn and can hold the other items within it). The quality of the doll is very good which is what you'd expect from Mattel. The accessories lead to lots of imaginative play.The doll is priced at £19.99 which I feel is a good price for the quality and quantity.

this is the school to stage fashion pack set from the karma’s world series, it features karma doll with 13 pieces of accessories and clothes, they’re all quite detailed and well madethis is my little girl’s first karma doll, it’s around 22cm tall, 2 complete set of outfits (head to toe) are included, also a school backpack can really store books and microphone insidearms and legs could do basic movement for cloth changing and some poseunlike traditional play doll, karma’s hair don’t tangle, always keeping same style, less messy for kids to playmy little girl like it very much! i’m happy with this product, would recommend
