Q: Can i bypass the usb to just output my monitors from my interface into the inputs of this, to connect another pair of speaker and a mono cube?

Yes. I am running a separate USB interface. The outputs of that go into the Monitor2USB so it’s only being used as a speaker switch/headphone amp.

Q: am i able to record a guitar with this?

It’s not really designed for that. While it does have a USB interface you would have to convert the guitar cable to XLR format. For the same price I’d look at a PreSonos or Focusrite. not without an amplifier between it and the speakers.

Yes... I have 2 Sets of Yamaha Monitors & Yamaha Subwoofer connected and working w/o issue.
