This Bowser costume fits true to size — no surprises there, which is always a win when ordering costumes online. The mask is definitely larger than expected (almost comically big!), but my kid doesn’t mind at all. The spiked blow-up backpack looks awesome once it’s inflated, but be prepared: it’s pretty tough to blow up manually. Took some effort! That said, my kid is absolutely obsessed. He wants to wear it every single day — not just for Halloween or parties. It’s held up well so far, even with all the wear and tear from daily "Bowser adventures" around the house. My sone wore this for Halloween because his littlr cousin was princess peach. They looked so cute together. Fit perfect good quality.

I was a little worried after reading the other reviews, but I'm happy with it. It is the same quality I expect to see in all the Halloween costumes sold at the local super centers, so I'm not at all surprised by the weight of the material. It is fine. Since it is a light color, I will be sure to have my son wear solid, light colored under garments. The mask is big (it fits my husband), but it also works fine for my son. Bowser has a big face, so if it were smaller, it would look less Bowser-ish. It is a little difficult to see out of, but most Halloween masks are. My son will probably put it up on top of his head while walking, and then pull it down before ringing a doorbell. Again, it is fine, and I am satisfied with how it all fits. My son loves the inflatable shell "backpack," and has been wearing it since we opened the box. I won't let him play in the costume jumpsuit until after Halloween just so it doesn't get snagged or torn (which is the same policy I use with every Halloween costume). The price could be a little lower given that similar costumes usually sell for about ten dollars less, but Amazon had the lowest price I could find, and I've never seen Bowser for sale in a brick & mortar store. All that to say... We are happy with it. :)

Son loves his costume

Super cute and fun costume. Good fit for my tall child (about 4’5”). He said it was comfortable. Enough room so you can layer clothes under based on how the weather is. Mask can get a little annoying due to strap around head not being the best fitting as it wants to slide down. Overall functional costume for a child.

This was a great deal and came with all the fixins that Bowser should have. My son loves Mario and was very proud to be Bowser. He wore it to several Halloween events so it held up well. We live in the north east so it gets chilly by Halloween. This outfit comfortably fit sweat pants and a hoodie under it so he could show off his full costume. Its made of thin material, but aren't all costumes? The mask is plastic, but not the flimsy bendy kind of super cheap masks- it can hold its shape well and easily fit in his back pack for the school's Halloween parade without concaving. It fit true to size for a size medium 7/8. I didn't need to add any accessories to this so the one-stop shopping made this purchase 5 stars for me.

Costume over all was ok but mask is cheap plastic looks nothing like one in ad.
