I liked using these. The taste wasn’t too bad, it tasted a bit like orange juice and an iron pill mixed if you can understand what I mean but it wasn’t bitter or anything. I think it genuinely helped my energy levels, I felt a difference on the days o took one and the days I didn’t. Obviously this is on the pricier side but I think buying once in a while is a good investment.
