Nice product; Quality = has top reviews; and have read white pepper has 3 month shelf life for best flavor; so buying bulk cost a couple bucks less than 3 smaller bottles of Amazons product; which is said to be a good product as well....

We make a lot of sausage and having a large quantity of white pepper is a must, but not to have it go stale. So, having a brand that is consistent with their quality control makes it so much easier for us to make a consistent product. Their price is good, and their quality is better.

We use white pepper to make soup, bun and dumpling stuffing, and lots of other dishes. They add a special flavor not replaceable by black pepper. This product is a good value for 16 oz of white pepper. The smell is a little bit different from what I got in a 1-2oz container. I could be wrong. But when I added the pepper to dishes, they tasted the same. I will recommend it.

It's sweeter than regular pepper. I bought because of a recipe and now, it's a great idea for cooking. I recommend greatly.
