Started taking these postpartum and they really help with managing energy levels throughout the day and just with general health - not sure if it’s down to these but I haven’t been ill this flu season (touch wood) Really nice flavour as well and a lot easier to take than tablets

Out of date product! They tasted odd so checked the date (hidden under newer sticker) and all three packs I ordered were two months past their best before date.
